Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered between 5-7 business days thereafter. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you have questions or need a product by a certain date, email us at support@giftedchop.com.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or, if available, by text.
We reserve the right to change the courier you select at checkout unless an expedited method was chosen. Choosing expedited shipping will not account for processing time. If you need an item by a certain date, it is best to contact us to ensure you receive it on time.
Custom Name Orders
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not add the custom name required in the cart section during checkout, we will automatically use the first name of the person placing the order.
To change the plate later will incur an additional fee of $20, as seen on our website.
